* TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. All our prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and do not include delivery charges.

3. Delivery
Free delivery within Singapore with orders of above SGD$300.
Delivery charge for the standard service is SGD$30 within Singapore.
Kindly note that an additional charge of SGD$20 for the restricted areas (Airport cargo complex, all Army camps, Jurong Islands, all PSA ports, Sentosa).
SGD$15 will be added as redirection charge for incorrect addresses provided.
Delivery Schedule
Orders will be sent in the next 5 working days.
Express delivery within 2 working days.
Kindly note that no deliveries on Sundays & public holidays.
Speedpost same day delivery charge for weight up to 3kg is SGD$10

4. Modes of Payment
Cash On Delivery.
We accept local bank cheque upon delivery.
Internet Banking & Bank Transfers ATM - This only applies to customers within Singapore.
We will provide you with the account information for the transfer.
We will confirm your order or booking upon receipt of payment.
5. Refund & Exchange
Items sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable except for items received with defects.
Seasonal merchandise and items sold as special buys or clearance are not subject to return.
6. Substitution
Alpha Event Consultants reserves the right to substitute any of the other related items of equal or higher value.
7. Loss or Damages
Responsibility for equipment remains with the rental from time of receipt to time of return.
A deposit fee is required for some items, which should be returned.
Customer will be charged for broken or missing items.
8. Cancellation
A full charge will be imposed if the arrangement has been made or if the delivery has been attempted.
A 50% deposit is required to be made upon confirmation for all orders or bookings.
In any event that you wish to cancel your orders or bookings, this amount will be charged as a penalty.
